Dear God, I discovered a new artist this past weekend at the men’s retreat. Dennis Parker is amazing. There were some incredibly talented Nashville musicians at the retreat this weekend, and one of two of them might have had a little more technical ability (although I’m not sure of that because he was great), but I was mesmerized by his performance, his spirit, and his story. I won’t go into his story because it is his to tell, but here’s a link for anyone reading this who is interested:

With that said, I found some YouTube videos of him performing, and I came across this great hymn, so I thought I would just sing it to you this morning.
